Terms of Service

Service

ZombieVideo requests a roughly 12-second, 9:16 zombie couple video from two portraits, with a transformation, face-to-face reunion and memory flashbacks. AI likeness, shot order and timing vary. No specific result or social reach is guaranteed.

Photos and permission

You must be at least 18, have the necessary rights to your photos and obtain explicit permission from both depicted adults. No impersonation, harassment, unlawful content or photos of minors. You authorize us and our storage and AI providers to process the photos and outputs as needed to deliver the service.

Credits and subscriptions

Each generation uses 1,000 credits. Monthly plans renew at the USD price on the pricing page. Cancel future renewals in Billing. Provider-reported failed tasks return their credits. Disliking a completed result is not a technical failure; another take uses another 1,000 credits. Request monetary refunds through a support ticket, subject to applicable law.

Sharing and responsibility

Review every output and follow AI-content rules on Reels, TikTok, Shorts and other platforms. We do not guarantee that every result is publishable or licensed for every commercial use. You retain your rights to original photos; output rights also depend on model-provider terms and applicable law.

Accounts and contact

Protect your account credentials. Abuse may lead to suspension. For billing, technical or data requests, sign in and open a support ticket. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
